Sophie Evans
Client Manager

Sophie Evans

Client Manager

I’m an experienced Client Manager, I started my career in the world of student marketing, building connections between brand and students through ambassador programmes. If you need a marketing campaign to be planned, launched and managed brilliantly, I’m your girl. In my spare time I enjoy trying new things. So much so, that during my time at university, I jumped into things I thought were fun, regardless of whether I could actually do them or not (partly how I became social sec of the Wakeboard society without ever stepping foot on a board… but that’s a story for another time).

Anna Mitchell
Client Executive

Anna Mitchell

Client Executive

Hi, I’m Anna, a Client Executive at the Point Zero Group. I support a variety of clients on a variety of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest standard.

After a recent 7-month trip around the world, I was thrilled to return to Bristol and finally put my communications degree to use in a creative environment. My background is a unique blend of retail, social media management, and financial services recruitment.

When I’m not at work, you’ll likely find me enjoying a perfectly poured flat white or stretching out in a Yoga & Meditation class .

Ben Everett
Video & Motion Designer

Ben Everett

Video & Motion Designer

As Video & Motion Designer, it’s my job to bring the plans of the creative team to life. I’m either out with cameras capturing content, or in the office animating and editing.

My career has varied from automotive photography, travel adverts, cookery shows, short documentaries, and everything in-between. I love the challenge of solving a creative problem, especially when on a shoot.

After working in social media, I was keen to get back to content that was more focused on human stories at work. Now at the PZ Group, I’ve been able to return to my creative roots – putting a brand’s identity into motion.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my daughter. She’s just got her first skateboard so I’m teaching her how to skate. Other than that, I’m a bit of a nerd so any nerdy hobby you can think of I’ve probably dabbled in it.

James Sharpe

James Sharpe

Senior Designer

Hi, I’m James. I’ve been immersed in the Employer Brand sector for more than five years, drawing from my previous expertise in branding and editorial design. After studying Graphic Design at the University of the West of England, I joined the Point Zero group with a deep passion for conceptual design and typography. I’ve been recognised by the International Style of Typographic Design, maintaining my membership for more than seven years.

Throughout my career, I’ve taken on the role of creative lead for various clients, winning awards for projects for the National Trust, AXA, and Specsavers. As a Senior Designer, I’m involved in all aspects of our creative output, and I’m the go-to person for anything film-related. In my spare time I’m an avid cyclist and cat-lover.

Yazz Williams
Artworker

Yazz Williams

Artworker

Hi, I’m Yazz. It’s my job to take designs created by the senior creative team and prepare them for production.

It’s incredibly varied and can involve anything from fleshing out concepts to making simple corrections to colour, text or layout.

I’ve had a varied career so far, from working on tool packaging to editorial for women’s magazines and artworking for a UK branded clothing company. I wanted to challenge myself to develop further, but most importantly to find somewhere I belong. The team here are amazing and I can’t wait to see how I evolve in my role.

When I’m not an artworking Jedi, I really enjoy going to the cinema. I do like getting cozy and watching films at home, but no film is as good on the small screen.

Vicky Sands
Office Manager

Vicky Sands

Office Manager

Hi, I’m Vicky – as office manager here at RewardPointZero, I keep the behind-the-scenes bits running smoothly. I’ve got heaps of experience and really enjoy the variety of my job, whether I’m tallying spreadsheets or helping to create a great environment for the team to do their stuff.

I love learning languages, walking and swimming, and head to a West Country beach as often as I can!

Angie Holden
Accountant

Angie Holden

Accountant

Angie has been making the numbers add up for businesses large and small for most of her career. She’s here to keep us all on the straight and narrow. She’ll look after everything to do with finance, including making sure we get paid…and that we pay others on time too.

When she’s not tapping away on her calculator, she’s a mum of four, who all keep her on her toes and she manages her very own big house in the country…it’s a Blur song reference for those of you younger than 30.

Ben Keylock
Creative Director

Ben Keylock

Creative Director

My passions lie in storytelling and big ideas that really deliver on any brief. Over the past 17 years I’ve had the pleasure of solving creative problems for some of the biggest B2B and B2C brands around the world including Nationwide Building Society, Bosch, Vodafone, Coca-Cola, P&G, KPMG, Mitsubishi and Sophos to name but a few, winning a few awards along the way.

As Creative Director at BPZ I am responsible for leading and overseeing all brand and campaign activity from a creative and strategic viewpoint. From brief, conception, through to completion I strive for the most impactful, cohesive and engaging outputs for companies and organisations around UK and beyond.

A bit about me: I’ve sent a working lightbulb in the post and named a street in Bristol. I’ve worked with some of the best, and some of the worst and learnt just as much from both. If I hadn’t come into the world of brand & advertising, I think I would have been a woodman or a fisherman and more than once I have been used in photo and video shoots as a last minute model.

Adam Lane

Adam Lane

Director

I’ve been working in marketing and communications for over ten years. It all started because of a hole in one…isn’t it strange how these things come about? Since then I’ve worked with clients across a variety of sectors. I’ve been lucky enough to work with AXA to reposition them as an employer in the UK and update their total reward communications. More recently, I’ve worked with some fantastic people at LV= to creatively articulate their employer brand. Working with passionate people on interesting and challenging briefs is what drives me. That, good coffee and the odd glass of wine (not together, obvs).

Andy Bamford

Chairman

I hate writing bios. I started an employer marketing agency in Bristol, many years ago, with the help of a few friends. Over the years we got a bit better at what we did until we woke up one morning and we were the largest independently owned agency in our sector. We sold that business in 2015, and I stayed on as Chief Executive for 3 years – before leaving to put my feet up. That didn’t last long, as I was getting a bit bored and I was really excited by the prospect of working again.

I’ve got quite a few grey hairs, lots of stories and a view on where our market’s going, which I’d be more than happy to share over lunch, dinner or just a chat. Whatever takes your fancy.

Jack Cruwys-Finnigan
Art Director

Jack Cruwys-Finnigan

Art Director

Hi, I’m Jack – a graphic designer and art director. Over the years I have discovered a love for the more conceptual side of design and relish working in ‘campaign world’. I’ve previously worked with clients such as Lloyds Banking Group, Castrol, UWE Bristol and S&P Global Platts. We spend about a third of our lives at work, so anything I can do to make that a better place for people is a win for me.

Outside of work, I spend a lot (like a-lot) of time on my bike, a hobby I couldn’t live without. If I’m not cycling, chances are I’m persevering with some DIY as my partner and I are currently renovating our second project house. I love a challenge.

Joe Hoppard
Strategy and Planning Director

Joe Hoppard

Strategy and Planning Director

As Strategy and Planning Director, I help understand and simplify our clients’ problems. Then I use theory and imagination to inspire our teams towards the most effective solutions.

I worked in big consumer marketing agencies for about 12 years before finding my way into employer brand and employee engagement in 2021.

I’ve done all sorts in my career, from leading strategy on big commercial accounts like Virgin Media, through to solving complex employee engagement problems for brands like NatWest Group.

Now I’m happy to be a part of PointZero Group – It’s the most exciting place to be in our industry right now!

I have two beautiful kids (The Hoppettes) and an amazing wife. We love to splash around in the muddy hills near where we live in south Wales. And I am a very enthusiastic* guitarist.

(*Not very good)

Our five principles

  1. Employees deserve empathy

We’re huge advocates of employee share ownership. But how can anyone be expected to understand an SAYE or SIP straight off the bat? Employees just need to be given a fair chance at understanding something new – and we get that.

  2. Bespoke is better

All companies and employees are different – that’s why we think off-the-peg solutions are always going to come off second best. Our approach starts with gaining a deep understanding of your business and what you want to achieve. Then we create and deliver a bespoke strategy just for you.

  3. Share schemes don’t have to be dry

The first step with all communications is to make them clear and engaging. Let’s face it, a share scheme isn’t the most straightforward thing in the world. That doesn’t mean it has to be complex though. Our creative thinking for each campaign makes sure the message lands with the audience.

  4. The devil is in the detail

Big-picture thinking is great, but when it comes to delivering a campaign, the detail is where it’s at. Our experience and attention to detail mean your campaign delivers the results you want, on time and within budget. We take the time to get it right, first time.

  5. Communications needn’t be bad for the planet

We think these days, the best way to deliver most messages is through digital channels. But where paper communications are necessary, we offer a carbon-offsetting scheme to make sure the planet gets looked after as well as your employees do.

Does this sound like your way of working? We’d love to chat.
